Solymar Beach Condos - Cancun

Perfect location for our needs, I mean, my dad and I celebrated his retirement. Beautiful beach, very clean and good views of the sea. There was also a kitchen which was fully equipped, made cooking so much more satisfying when we found local food in town.

It wasn't cheap,, but still acceptable.

I appreciated that it was overall clean and beautiful, the staff were best and rooms were individual. The location was absolutely perfect and particularly good, at a medium distance from excavated mayan ruins. This hotel was in a nice area.

Stunningly beautiful place, I thoroughly enjoyed courteous personnel.

they gave me brand-new and exceptionally clean room with king size beds and master bedroom, as example. coffee/tea making facilities, a refrigerator and an oven were very handy.

Poor TV channels choice-or poor knowledge by staff who said the satelite didn't work-,but worst was the lack of acknowledgement of my booking.It took a long wait,emailing to Booked.net customer services and a phone call from them to the hotel to sort it out.I don't think the hotel staff did everything they could to sort it out.

The beach had some nice areas. Bring water shoes if you want to walk on the beach comfortably.

The service is top-notch with free parking available and decent meals. The rooms are generous sized and beautiful, with very fast internet, a free safe, and a storage space: D

the food was disgusting - an absolute disgrace

This was my fourth visit to cancun, and the place was so great. The ocean views were fine, and the clean beach made my relaxation perfect.

The location is great. The maid service was good.

Needs to be renovated..lots of rooms without hot water.We had to be relocated on 2nd day because smell of paint in our room + air conditioning had to be stoped through a breaker. Bar service very basic..no red wine first 2 days of our stay. Waitress couldnt open the bottle of wine (didnt know how to do it !!!) Food was horrible - minimum choice, always always cold (even at opening) Told the staff about situation(burners with water not working) but they didnt do anything. All in all , I will never go back to this hotel because of unqualified staff and we dont care management !!!

The reservation wasnt there... the staff was not friendly. We had to change rooms because there were little animals in our bed in the middle of the night. Very unfriendly bell-boys who are never tipped enough ( in their upinion ). Read and conclude the comensts on Booked.net are very trustfull, the hotel needs desperated upgrading.

The amazing view of the ocean from our balcony was pure bliss, and the kitchenette made it easy to whip up some snacks. With quick access to the beach and a fantastic outdoor pool, relaxation was a breeze. Just a heads up, WiFi isn't available in the rooms, but that didn't dampen our fun! 🌊

The breakfast was excellent and the location superb for our purposes (one night and morning with rental car). Free oceanview upgrade was nice.

Our room was completely bare. There was a kitchen but absolutely no glasses, utensils or other items of any kind.

Nice beach, very nice personnel at restaurant and bar. Formule all inclusive well respected
